| How to reformat an acer laptop | | We have 2 laptops in our home, mine is toshiba and has built in restoration and the other does not, the other laptop is made by acer, the acer company does not provide disks and the back up disks that were made from the program provided on the computer do not work. the laptop starts up and once it gets to the desktop it gives a message asking to prepare for memory dump. I have no idea what was done or may have been downloaded to cause this but now we have a practically new laptop we can't use. anyone have any advice? | |
